Jack Nugent is a Director with Newmark Real Estate in their Global Managed Services division which acquired Meridian Realty Consultants in 2024. Together with Ania Jastrzebska (a 25 year+ managed services leader at Accenture and its predecessor companies) and Rajeh Ganesh Natarajan (another 25 year+ managed services leader at Accenture and Deloitte), Jack leads a team of professionals passionate about leases and lease language who help leading owners of retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties identify and then realize all of the cash flow available in their leases.
