Jack Nugent is a Director with Newmark Real Estate in their Global Managed Services division which acquired Meridian Realty Consultants in 2024. Together with Peter McGowan (founder of Meridian in 1995) and Ania Jastrzebska (a 25 year+ managed services leader at Accenture and its predecessor companies), Jack leads a team of professionals passionate about leases and lease language who help leading owners of retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties identify and then realize all of the cash flow available in their leases.
